By accessing or using FlyTixNow (the "Site") and its services, including phone-based booking assistance, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our services.

Our Services

FlyTixNow provides flight search and booking assistance via phone and online content. We connect customers with available airfares through partner providers and travel suppliers. We are an independent booking support platform and not an airline.

Booking Process & Confirmation

• How to Book: To book, call our support number or use any booking flow we provide. Provide accurate traveler details (full name, date of birth, passport information for international travel) and payment information.
• Confirmation: A booking is confirmed only when payment is successfully processed and you receive a booking confirmation (e-ticket) from FlyTixNow or our partner. Save all booking references and confirmations.
• Accuracy: You are responsible for providing correct traveler information. Errors in traveler details may result in denied boarding or additional fees.

Pricing & Payment

• All prices shown or quoted are subject to availability and airline rules at the time of booking.
• Payment is required in full at the time of booking unless otherwise specified. We accept payment by methods we indicate during the booking process.
• A service fee may be applied for bookings, changes, or special services. We will disclose these fees prior to finalizing the booking.
• FlyTixNow is not responsible for currency conversion fluctuation or additional bank/processor fees.

Fare Rules, Changes & Cancellations

• Fare rules (including change and cancellation policies) are set by the airline and vary by fare type.
• If you request changes or cancellations, airline and supplier rules apply — additional fees or fare differences may be required.
• Non-refundable fares may not be eligible for refunds, only for credit or reissue depending on airline policy.
• We will always inform you of applicable fees and options before making any change on your behalf.

Third-Party Service Providers

We may use third-party providers (airlines, GDSs, payment processors, service partners) to fulfill bookings. We are not responsible for the actions, omissions, or policies of third-party providers. Their terms may apply to your booking.

Refunds

Refund eligibility depends on the airline and the fare rules. If a refund is permitted, FlyTixNow will assist in initiating the refund with the airline or partner. Processing times vary and may take several weeks depending on the provider and payment method.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlyTixNow and its affiliates will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or services, including but not limited to:

• Delays, cancellations, or changes to flights;
• Loss, damage, or delay of baggage;
• Incorrect or incomplete booking information provided by the customer;
• Errors, interruptions or unavailability of the Site caused by third parties or technical issues.

Your sole and exclusive remedy for dissatisfaction with any product or service is to discontinue use of the Site or service and, where applicable, seek remedies from the airline or supplier according to their policies.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold FlyTixNow, its officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Site, violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of FlyTixNow or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or use our content without express written permission.

Privacy

Your use of FlyTixNow is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use personal data. By using this Site, you consent to our data practices described there.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site or services at our discretion, including for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or other behaviors that harm FlyTixNow or our customers.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which FlyTixNow operates. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction unless otherwise agreed in writing.
